In today’s world, consumers are more informed and curious than ever before, paying close attention to the ingredients and details of the products they use.
Traditional on-pack labels often fall short due to space limitations, leaving brands struggling to provide the transparency consumers demand.
To bridge this gap, TVG partnered with The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) to develop SmartLabel – an innovative solution that satisfies the thirst for information while overcoming the constraints of printed labels.
Our Impact
We transformed the way TCCC communicate with their consumers by deploying on-pack QR codes across the entire product portfolio, providing instant access to a wealth of information.
Not only do users gain transparency into product details and bio-engineering disclosures required by U.S. regulations, but they also discover brand and promotional information, sustainability initiatives and recycling details – all in a seamless, optimized experience.
By automating more than 1,500 SKUs and managing more than 300,000 product attributes, SmartLabel created significant operational savings and opened new opportunities for brands to build trust with their consumers.
